ABOUT JOCELYN

Neuro-transformation Coach | Fitness Personal Trainer | Master of Counselling & Psychotherapy

I am a Certified Life Coach, Personal Trainer currently completing a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I grew up an inquisitive child, I knew that I wanted to use creativity and education to help people. As I immersed myself in books like Power of Now, Atomic Habits, Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself and A Road Less Travelled, I fell in love with the science and process of habit change and identity transformation.

At the same time I found myself surrounded by strong women, being brought up by a single mother and grandmother. I am fascinated about the unique qualities that women have that go beyond appearances.

My work sits at the intersection of behavioural science and intuition — because I believe powerful transformation happens when we feel seen by another in our strengths and vulnerabilities.

I believe that you deserve to choose your best life. And it is my pleasure to facilitate your personal discovery, healing, finding strength and authenticity that goes beyond social roles and expectations.
